为有效防范此类诈骗行为，保障客户的合法权益，赞美汽车特此发布以下声明：

海外派驻人员声明：截至2024年12月31日，赞美汽车仅在肯尼亚派驻了工作人员进行销售、运营等相关活动，其他国家我司暂未安排工作人员。所有销售活动均通过公司官方网站（www.zamev.com)、官方社交媒体账户、子公司或合资投资公司进行。

费用支付声明：赞美汽车及所有子公司严格遵守商业道德和法律法规，不会在未与客户签订正式合同前收取任何费用，包括但不限于预付款、定金等。任何要求客户提前支付费用的行为均属诈骗行为，请客户务必警惕。

官方联系方式公示：为便于客户核实信息真伪，赞美汽车现将官方办公电话公布如下：+8673182866223（固话），+8615973163430（手机）。客户可通过拨打以上电话，与我们进行直接沟通，核实销售人员身份及交易信息的真实性。

Recently, our company learned through foreign channels that there are illegal individuals impersonating employees of ZMEV LIMITED(hereinafter referred to as ZMEV) or its subsidiaries, quoting extremely low prices to customers and inducing them to pay advance payments, engaging in commercial fraud activities. Such behavior seriously damages the reputation of ZMEV LIMITED and the interests of its customers. We strongly condemn this and remind customers at home and abroad to carefully screen and guard against fraud.

Overseas Personnel Statement: As of December 31, 2024, ZMEV LIMITED has only deployed staff in Kenya for sales, operations, and other related activities. Our company has not arranged any staff in other countries yet. All sales activities are conducted through the company's official website (www.zamev. com), official social media accounts, subsidiaries, or joint venture investment companies.

Payment Statement: ZMEV LIMITED and all its subsidiaries strictly abide by business ethics and laws and regulations, and will not charge any fees, including but not limited to advance payments, deposits, etc., before signing a formal contract with the customer. Any behavior that requires customers to pay fees in advance is considered fraudulent, and hosts must be vigilant.
