On the morning of March 28, Zheng Ping, Party Secretary and Director of Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce, led a delegation of relevant department heads from Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Hunan Xiangjiang New District Bureau of Commerce and Market Supervision to visit our company's Changsha headquarters for research and guidance. At the symposium, our company staff briefly introduced the company's current development and overseas business expansion plans, and also pointed out the pain points and difficulties encountered in the company's operation. With the absolute influence of China's new energy vehicles on the international stage and based on the team's nearly 20 years of automobile manufacturing experience, our company has always been committed to helping China's new energy vehicle industry system go global. At present, our company has successively passed the second-hand car export qualification review in Hunan, Shandong and other places.

After listening to the introduction, Director Zheng Ping highly praised our company's efforts to deepen the new energy vehicle industry, set up a research and development center, and expand overseas markets. He hopes that the company can take advantage of the opportunity of obtaining the second-hand car export qualification to further accelerate the pace of going global, increase the scale of trade with Africa, and achieve a series of signing results in the upcoming "China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo Entering Africa" event.

At the meeting, ZMEV's chairman Li Xiuwei first expressed his heartfelt welcome to the visit of the municipal bureau leaders and thanked Director Zheng Ping for his affirmation. When talking about the company's recent successful acquisition of Changsha's used car export qualification, he sincerely said: "With the support of the Provincial Department of Commerce and the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, our company has become one of the first four companies in Hunan Province to obtain used car export qualifications. This move is of great significance to our company. Previously, we went abroad through a third-party qualification company. After obtaining our own qualifications, not only did we simplify the procedures, but the company can save at least 2,000 yuan per car in future car exports. Previously, our company's overseas data was obtained through Guangzhou, Shanghai, Fujian and other places. After the qualification is approved, we can go abroad directly through Changsha, which is beneficial." For both companies and the government, it is a win-win situation.

Gao Rong, chairman of Kenya RIDEENCE, also attended the meeting. RIDEENCE is ZMEV's joint venture in Kenya, focusing on the operation of new energy vehicles. At present, RIDEENCE has invested in new energy online car-hailing and minibuses in Kenya, and simultaneously built charging stations and after-sales service stations. Ms. Gao smiled and talked about the online car-hailing project in Kenya. "This batch of new energy vehicles imported from China to Kenya has been operating in the Kenyan market for some time. The market feedback is very good. Now we are seeking a large number of new orders in the domestic market. The market feedback for minibus models is also very good. The target this year is 3,000 to 5,000 units. We also plan to invest in the construction of a KD factory in Kenya." Ms. Gao also hopes that RIDEENCE can receive the Kenyan city delegation at the China-Africa Expo in May.
