On the afternoon of November 2, 2025, Ye Jinsong, a first level inspector of the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce, led a delegation to Kenya to conduct on-site inspections and exchanges on ZMEV LIMITED's joint venture, RIDENENCE's new energy vehicle SKD factory project, injecting new impetus into the development of China Africa's new energy industry.. Accompanying the inspection were delegation members such as Liu Ye, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Audit Department of Hunan Province, and Zhao Yuhui, Deputy Director of the Central African Secretariat of the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce.

During the inspection, the delegation first listened to a comprehensive report from the representative of RIDENENCE company on the development process of the project from its inception to the present, its unique business model, long-term strategic layout, achievements in local team building, and future plans. After carefully listening to the report, Ye Jinsong highly affirmed and praised RIDENENCE's achievements in overseas market development, strategic planning, and business model during the communication session. He pointed out that the strategic model explored by the project in the cooperation of the new energy industry between China and Africa precisely meets the needs of the African market and is an innovative path with great potential for sustainable development.

Ye Jinsong emphasized the need to thoroughly implement the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping on economic work, promote the coordinated development of state-owned and private economies, and assist in the high-quality development of the new energy industry. In the future, the Department of Commerce of Hunan Province will actively promote the deepening cooperation between new energy supporting enterprises in the province and RIDENENCE Company, fully leverage Hunan's industrial advantages in core fields such as batteries, motors, and electronic control, achieve resource complementarity and coordinated development in vehicle manufacturing, component matching, and technical service system construction, form a win-win industrial pattern, enhance the overall competitiveness of Hunan's new energy industry, and expand the influence and brand recognition of Chinese new energy vehicles in the African market.
