Recently, ZMEV LIMITED and ZERO EMISSION TRANSPORT (ZET), located in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, officially announced a strategic cooperation. The two sides will work together to deepen cooperation in the field of new energy vehicles and jointly assist in the construction of a green public transportation ecosystem in Abidjan and throughout Ivory Coast.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, ZMEV will provide financial services for 100 new energy vehicles to ZET Company in the first batch, effectively alleviating ZET Company's financial pressure in vehicle procurement and helping it rapidly expand its operational scale. At the same time, both parties also confirmed that they will carry out comprehensive cooperation in multiple fields such as customized development and sales of new energy vehicles, construction of charging stations and after-sales support systems, optimization of ride hailing operation management, etc., to jointly enhance ZET's market competitiveness and service level.

As a leading enterprise in the field of new energy vehicle leasing and operation in Cote d'Ivoire and even West Africa, ZET has been committed to promoting the transformation of green public transportation in Abidjan since its establishment in January 2023. At present, ZET company has deployed a batch of pure electric vehicles in Abidjan and invested in the construction of a 1500 square meter charging station, providing strong support for local green travel. This cooperation with ZMEV will further accelerate ZET's business expansion and lay a solid foundation for achieving its goal of deploying 1000 vehicles in the next two years.
