On June 14, 2025, the third day of the China Africa Economic and Trade Expo, ZMEV LIMITED and GREEN PANACEA NIG LTD from Nigeria officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to deepen their strategic partnership in the Nigerian electric vehicle market.

According to the memorandum, GREEN PANACEA NIG LTD expects to purchase 3000 new energy electric vehicles from ZMEV LIMITED in the future, including small electric SUVs, electric three wheeled trucks, etc., to meet the demand of Nigeria's taxi and transportation sectors for green and efficient transportation. At the same time, both parties will work together to build a fast charging network for new energy vehicles, and provide comprehensive technical training, spare parts supply, and after-sales support services to ensure the smooth operation of electric vehicles in Nigeria. The cooperation focuses on the import, distribution, infrastructure development, localized production, and capacity building of electric vehicles, aiming to jointly promote the prosperity and long-term development of the Nigerian electric vehicle market.

The signing of this memorandum of understanding marks the official launch of the deep cooperation between ZMEV LIMITED and GREEN PANACEA NIG LTD in the Nigerian electric vehicle market. Both parties will work together to promote the rapid development of Nigeria's electric vehicle industry and promote the popularization of local green travel.
